If you have installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), you are may be having problems with our web site and many others. SP2 blocks certain types of Web Content on some websites and not on others. - Its just one of those strange things from Microsoft.
The type of content that SP2 blocks is:

• Some Macromedia Flash movies.
• Some JavaScript scripts. 
• ActiveX Controls.
• Automatically starting downloads.
• Other coding Languages e.g. DHTML

Our site uses a couple of Flash movies, some JavaScript and our menu system is based on DHTML. So you can see that SP2 may greatly effect our site.

So how do I fix it?

When a page that SP2 decides to block a nice little bar appears at the of your IE page (see below)

 
 

To Allow the Page to load properly click on the bar and select "Allow Blocked Content..."

That's It. The page should load properly now.
